This project concerns the restoration of a traditional stone dwelling in Ardassa. The design balances heritage preservation with a modern lifestyle, integrating the original structure with industrial materials like steel and raw concrete.

The renovation involved meticulous facade work and a strategic spatial overhaul. A key aspect of the study was the structural connection between the ground level and the basement, which significantly increased the functional square footage. By incorporating modern wet rooms and optimizing the layout, we transformed a historical building into a contemporary, fully operational home that respects its architectural roots.
