Designed for a young bachelor, this maisonette balances ergonomic efficiency with a welcoming atmosphere. The ground level integrates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces with an open-plan bar, while the upper floor accommodates a master bedroom, guest quarters, and a gameroom.
Materiality is key to the project’s identity, defined by the contrast between wood and marble. This combination evokes a ‘quiet luxury’ aesthetic, where the organic warmth of timber softens the robust presence of stone. The result is a space that is both cozy and sophisticated, perfectly aligned with modern living.
